At Hayyah by S&W, every scarf is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a damaged item.

• You received the wrong item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided.

Please Note

• Slight differences in colour may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.

• Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of:

• Your order details
